Changing User Data

Administrators can view and change the details of any user within their project. Editable fields include first and last names, email addresses and password. Administrators may be called upon to edit these fields when a user's personal details have changed or when a password reset is desired.

To change user data:

  1. Open the Management module.
  2. Click the User Management icon.

  3. Edit the field or fields desired to change user data. You will not be required to change all fields for a user.

  4. Press save to commit the changes.

Users are not automatically notified of changes made to their user data. Please inform your users of any changes of passwords or user data as needed.

Modules that users have access to are highlighted in their User Management screen. Clicking to select these will grant users access to new modules. Clicking currently activated modules removes the user's access to the modules.
